XLG maturity assessment: Know where your plant really stands

Maturity assessment as a working basis

I combine on-site observation, conversations and existing metrics into an understandable picture. The point is not blame, but patterns: where standards are missing, where the leadership cascade breaks down, where processes bind unnecessary effort. The findings become a crystal-clear approach.

Sound familiar?

Many improvement programmes lose speed because the starting point is unclear.

What you get

A reliable picture of the starting point:

  • Structured maturity assessment for shop floor, office, leadership and improvement routines.

  • Conversations and on-site observation with a neutral view.

  • Understandable summary for executives, leaders and teams.

  • Suggested measures with sequence, ownership and next step.

  • Basis for a roadmap, lean restart or targeted support.

Frequently asked questions

Maturity assessment and audits: frequently asked questions

What is the XLG maturity assessment?

A structured baseline: it shows the current state of your improvement and transformation work across several assessment fields, from the leadership system, processes and culture to interfaces, metrics and IT. Actions and a roadmap follow in the XLG roadmap.

Who is it intended for?

For companies whose improvement or transformation projects have stalled, and for sites facing a realignment that want to know where they truly stand.

How does it work and what do I receive?

I assess the current state separately at management and operational level. You receive an evaluated overview of all assessment fields and see where you are strong, where things are getting stuck and where the two levels assess the situation differently.

Who should take part?

A manageable group selected by function. The effort depends on the number of participants, not the size of the company.

What happens afterwards?

That is your decision. Often the assessment is enough to set things in motion. Otherwise, the XLG roadmap follows with actions and a roadmap, followed by support during implementation.
