Yes. The 45 minutes cost you nothing, and you commit to nothing. I use the conversation to understand your situation and give you an honest assessment; you use it to get to know me. If it fits, you then receive a proposal that you can review at your leisure. If it does not fit, I say so openly, and you still get an outside view of your concern.

Both are possible. By video call a slot can usually be found within a few days, and for a first meeting that is enough. On site I am happy to come to you at the plant if the distance allows; in Eastern Switzerland, Zurich, southern Germany and Vorarlberg that is straightforward. An on-site meeting has the advantage that I can take a first look at production or the office, which makes the assessment more precise. You decide which you prefer.

The person who owns the issue and can decide on a collaboration, which is usually the managing director, plant manager or department head. If HR or organisational development is driving the topic, it makes sense for both sides to be present. More than three people are rarely helpful for a 45-minute conversation. If you are still exploring the topic internally, you can also come alone and widen the circle later.

Usually within one working day. If I am in a plant or a workshop, I get back to you in the evening or the next morning. With online booking you receive the confirmation immediately. If you are in a hurry, WhatsApp or a phone call is the fastest route; then we can often speak briefly the same day. I leave no enquiry unanswered, even when I have to decline.
